CWDM SFP optical module of core technology is a low-cost WDM transmission technology for access layer of man. CWDM Technology is used in CWDM optical module, which can combine optical signals of different wavelengths through an external wavelength division multiplexer and transmit them through an optical fiber, so as to save optical fiber resources. At the same time, the receiver needs to use the WDM to decompose the complex optical signal. The CWDM SFP optical module is divided into 18 bands, ranging from 1270nm to 1610nm, and each band is separated by 20nm.
Compared with the traditional TDM mode, CWDM SFP has speed and protocol transparency, which makes it more suitable for the development of high-speed data services in man. There are many services with different protocols and different rates in man. CWDM provides a transmission channel with different rates and transparent to protocols on a single optical fiber, such as Ethernet, ATM, POS, SDH, etc. Moreover, the transparency and add / drop multiplexing function of CWDM can allow users to directly connect to a certain wavelength without converting the original signal format. In other words, the optical layer provides a transport structure independent of the service layer.
The 1.25g CWDM SFP + 120km series optical module is used for Gigabit Ethernet, 1g fibre channel, SONET oc-24 and SDH stm-8 links on duplex single-mode optical fiber. The working wavelength range of the module is 1470-1610nm, the wavelength spacing is 20nm, and the transmission distance can reach 120km.
