Products Description
The BIDI SFP+optical module launched by GIGAC Technology uses a 1330 (1270) (1490nm) transmitter and a 1270 (1330) (1550nm) receiver, suitable for bidirectional 10G serial optical data communication such as IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-BX. The transceiver consists of two parts: the transmitting part uses a multi quantum well 1330 (1270) nm DFB laser, which conforms to The first level laser of safety standard IEC 60825. The receiving part uses an integrated 1270 (1330) nm detector preamplifier (IDP) installed on an optical head and a limiting amplifier integrated circuit.
