Quotation
After quickly and thoroughly analyzing the customer's needs and background, provide professional quotations to the customer based on the products they inquire about
Create PI
After confirming the PO, create a PI and send it to the customer, attach the payment account information, and wait for the customer to make payment
Plan Production
After receiving payment from the customer, enter the ERP system to create a production order and submit it to the factory, and arrange production according to the shipment time
Quality inspection
To ensure product quality, multiple steps of testing must be carried out before shipment, including eye diagram testing, high and low temperature aging testing, solid fiber testing, and switch testing
Cleaning&Photography
After completing the test, we need to put on our finger covers and wipe them clean with a dust-free cloth and alcohol. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble in the future, we will take photos of each order and model for reference
Packaging&Shipping
To ensure that the product is undamaged, we package it with padding to protect it. After shipment, we will email the PL and order product pictures to the customer and inform them of the waybill number
