The STAROS/USOT series of Mini-SFF Optical Transceiver Modules encapsulates the transmitting and receiving components within a compact metal housing, enhancing the module's electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance. By activating the Transmit Disable pin (TDIS), the module can enter power-saving mode. The functional pins, installation, and physical dimensions can be customized according to user requirements, providing flexible applications.

Adopting industry-standard interface formats, these modules can utilize various standard optical connectors for connectivity as needed, ensuring reliable connections in fiber-optic links.

The modules undergo rigorous military-grade screening and environmental testing, guaranteeing their reliability and environmental adaptability. They exhibit characteristics such as vibration resistance, EMI resistance, moisture and heat tolerance, and strong temperature adaptability, making them widely applicable in environments such as aircraft, ships, and high altitudes.

With a small size, lightweight, and fully metal structure, the modules measure only 8mm in height, making them easy to install in compact boards or chassis with limited space.
